Aside from the superb service and talented kitchen team, what makes our award-winning food stand out from the crowd are our ingredients. At Bartley's Bar and Restaurant, it is important to us that we support and acknowledge our local suppliers without whom we would have nothing to cook! Our suppliers are hand-picked by our head chef and provide world-class meat, fish, dairy, herbs and vegetables.
We make sure when designing our menus that our chefs take into consideration seasonality and try use the best of local.
Our drinks menu actively promotes Irish products. We always list Irish product's first and we also only use Irish Liquors in our cocktails.
