The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the commercial team at a fast growing and expanding independent hotel company.
You will be responsible for hotel revenue management for two hotels in Dublin looked after by a central reservations team. The Grafton Hotel has been operational since August 2021 and the next hotel to add to their portfolio is The Chancery Hotel. There are a number of roles being recruited for and this is an excellent opportunity to be part of the continued success and growth of an existing property and a new hotel opening in Dublin city centre.
The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximising revenue, market share and profits for two hotels through the strategic coordination and revenue management processes and procedures. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role is instrumental in leading the commercial strategy of the hotels and driving revenue and profits.
What are we looking for?
- Practical working experience within a hotel commercial revenue environment.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Excellent communication skills - fluency in English, both verbally and in writing and (additional languages are beneficial).
- Sound functional knowledge of revenue management.
- Experience with hotel revenue management and property management systems.
- Excellent competencies in leadership, planning and organising, communication and influencing.
- Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach.
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
- Competitive and motivated.
