- Ability to read a guest & adapt to their needs, checking in a corporate guest is very different to a leisure guest and our interactions must reflect that.
- Well organised and in tune with what is going on in the hotel.
- Previous Experience is highly desirable, as a minimum you must have worked in another hotel department.
- Previous experience with Opera Cloud is highly advantageous,
- Use handover to pass information to colleagues.
