General Hotel Information
Check-in is from 15:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out is any time before 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
Yes. If you decide to extend your stay and enjoy an extra few hours in The Grafton Hotel simply let the front desk team know in advance and they will be happy to assist you. There is an additional charge of €10 per hour after 12:00 pm and will depend on availability on the day.
We take pride in being a family-friendly hotel. Our family rooms can cater for families of up to 6 people. With bunk beds for the little ones and a super king bed for mum and dad.
Yes, we are wheelchair friendly hotel. We have 6 wheelchair-accessible rooms with wide door frames, rails, and emergency cords available in the bathroom. All public areas of the hotel are accessible.
Yes, we are more than happy to store your luggage at reception free of charge before check-in or after check-out.
Complimentary Ultra Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout The Grafton Hotel. No password is required!
We offer 24-hour cancellation however please check the terms and conditions of your booking as some packages do vary.

We do not have gym facilities however we can recommend gym facilities that are only a short distance away.

No there is no swimming pool or spa at The Grafton Hotel. Please, contact front desk for recommendations on nearby pools and spas.

Yes, all 128 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned which also controls the heat in the cold winter months.
Yes, we offer next next-day laundry services Monday to Friday at an extra charge. Just speak with our front desk team and they will be more than happy to assist.
Yes, each room is equipped with a steaming iron and iron board.
Yes, all rooms at The Grafton Hotel have a hair dryer in addition to tea and coffee-making facilities.
Yes, all rooms are serviced daily. We have Do Not Disturb signs if you would like housekeeping to not enter your room.
No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs and service animals.
We operate a non-smoking policy throughout the entire hotel. A deep cleaning fee will be charged (€200) to guests who are found to have been smoking in the room.
Transport and Parking
Airlink and Air coach buses run a regular shuttle from the Airport to Dublin City Centre. Either bus will leave you a short walk away at St Stephen’s Green. For more info visit our transport page.
A taxi from Dublin Airport to The Grafton Hotel will take approximately 25 minutes.

There are two public car parks opposite The Grafton Hotel. Guests can avail of a discounted rate for both. For more information please visit our parking page.
Park Rite, Drury St Multi-Storey Car Park closes at 7 pm on the 24th Dec 2023 and reopens at 6 am on the 26th Dec.
A lot of attractions are within easy walking distance, but we have the LUAS which is a 3-minute walk from the hotel that will allow you to discover all of Dublin City. For more information please visit our neighborhood page.

Yes, we serve a full Irish breakfast or continental breakfast in our on-site restaurant Bartley's.
Breakfast is served in Bartley’s Restaurant Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays 8:00 am to 11 am.
Bartley’s Bar and Restaurant is open daily for food from 12:00 pm to 21:30 pm. Last orders are at 21:30 pm.
Drinks are served from 12:00pm to late.
