Covid-19 Compliance

All of our team members will be wearing personal protective equipment and have undergone training in how to put on and remove PPE safely.

All associates have undergone retraining on the latest protocols and best-practice standards in relation to PPE, physical distancing, cleaning standards and hygiene practices.

All cleaning standards have been fully reviewed and updated to ensure we have robust enhanced cleanliness and hygiene practices.

We have installed protective screens in key customer engagement areas including our reception desks to protect customers and staff.

We have implemented a documented sanitising program in place to ensure all public area high touch points (door handles/ lifts/ handrails etc.) are sanitised on a regular basis throughout each day.

Facilities to wash your hands with antibacterial soap or disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer are available in all food & beverage areas and outside restrooms.

Door handles, tabletops, handrails and trolleys are cleaned several times a day to ensure your safety.

Our bedrooms are deep cleaned as per COVID-19 guidelines, with a focus on all key touch points. All our bedding and towels are laundered at 70°C. Once the bedroom has been deep cleaned, it is inspected and approved by management before being sealed until your arrival.

We have amended the layout of our food & beverage areas and are following the 1 metre distancing guidelines, for controlled environments, throughout the hotel.

Guidelines indicate that the restaurant and bar area must be cleared of all guests by 11.30pm.

Following updated Government guidelines there will be a maximum of 6 people from no more than 3 households allowed at a table. This is applicable to pre-bookings and walk-in customers. No formal or informal events or parties can be organised within the restaurant or bar areas as Government Public Health measures state that events, parties or gatherings of more than 6 people indoors or 15 people outdoors are not allowed in these settings.

Pre-booked time-limited slots are in place for guests, which are a maximum of 1hr 45 minutes' duration, plus 15 minutes between sittings to allow for cleaning.

Any area where guests or employees queue will be clearly marked for appropriate recommended physical distancing.

Bookings are encouraged however we will take walk-in reservations if we have the space to do safely. There will always be a host at the front door to manage this process.

Clear signage will indicate the location of and route to the bathrooms.

Businesses do not have to keep records of every person in a party, they will be required to have the name and contact details of one person in each party e.g. the person who books the table. That person should be advised to keep a record of who is in their party in case it is required for contact tracing in the future. Details must be securely retained for one month.

We are encouraging cashless/contactless payments.

We will have our menus available by QR code, with disposable hardcopies available on request. QR codes have also been introduced for general hotel information to minimise touchpoints.
